Accessibility statement

We consider accessibility in the public site, forms, and customer portal. The site is designed to support:

• Responsive layouts that reflow on phones, tablets, and desktops.
• Keyboard access and visible focus for interactive controls.
• Headings, landmarks, labels, and controls with meaningful names.
• Alternative text for informative images.
• Text resizing, browser zoom, and reduced-motion preferences.
• Form instructions and feedback that are not based on color alone.

These are ongoing practices, not a claim that every page or workflow is free of barriers.

Some workflows use interfaces operated by other companies, including Square checkout, Calendly scheduling, Docuseal documents, and Cloudflare video. Their keyboard, screen-reader, caption, zoom, and other accessibility support can differ from the rest of this site.

Some older media or third-party video may not yet have equivalent captions or a written transcript. A third-party widget can also behave differently across browsers and assistive technologies. We continue to review public pages and important customer workflows as the site changes.

If possible, tell us:

• The page or feature you were trying to use.
• What happened and what you expected to happen.
• Your browser, device, or assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing it.

You do not need to disclose a disability to ask for help or report a problem.

We may update this statement as the website and its services change. The effective date at the top identifies the version currently posted.
