We use this site to share information about our breeding program, dogs, planned and current litters, available puppies, delivery, training options, and the adoption process. We work to keep that information current, but availability, dates, traits, pricing, and other details can change or contain an error. Contact us if a detail is important to your decision.

Breed guides, puppy descriptions, and other educational material are general information. They are not veterinary, medical, training, financial, or legal advice.

Sending a note, submitting an interest form, requesting a video call, or joining a waitlist does not reserve a puppy or establish choosing order. These actions help us respond to you and send relevant planning information.

A reservation request is not complete until the applicable form has been submitted and Square reports the required payment as completed. Puppy availability can change before that confirmation. If two people attempt to reserve the same puppy, our team may need to review the transactions and contact the affected families.

The reservation flow presents the deposit amount and the terms that apply to that selection before checkout. Review those terms and any later adoption agreement carefully before proceeding. Those transaction-specific terms govern the deposit, transfer options, balance, delivery, and adoption. Contact hello@foreverandalwaysdoodles.com before paying if anything is unclear.

Square operates the hosted payment page. Its terms and privacy policy apply to information and payment details you enter there.

Portal access is provided to the customer associated with an adoption record. Keep access to your email account and sign-in messages secure, and do not use another customer's account. Tell us if you believe portal access or a message has gone to the wrong person.

When using the site, forms, uploads, and portal, do not:

• Impersonate another person or submit information you cannot use.
• Attempt to enter another customer's account or nonpublic records.
• Upload malicious files or interfere with the site, its forms, or its service providers.
• Use automated traffic or repeated submissions in a way that burdens the site or creates false inquiries or payment links.
• Use site content in a misleading or unlawful way.

The site's original text, branding, layout, photographs, and videos belong to Forever and Always Doodles or are used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for personal use. Do not present our content, dogs, or customer materials as your own or use them commercially without permission.

The site connects to services operated by other companies, including Square, Calendly, Docuseal, Cloudflare, and social platforms. We do not operate those third-party pages, widgets, or accounts. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

We may correct content and change, suspend, or remove a site feature as the breeding program or its supporting services change. Portal or checkout availability can also be affected by maintenance or a third-party outage.

We may revise these terms as the site and its services change. The effective date at the top identifies the version currently posted.
