Privacy policy

The information we receive depends on what you choose to do:

• Contact, interest, waitlist, and video-call forms can include your name, email address, phone number, message, breed or puppy interest, household preferences, and scheduling information.
• A reservation application can include contact information, mailing address, delivery preferences, household and puppy-fit answers, referral information, required acknowledgments, and the puppy, litter, or planned pairing you select.
• The customer portal can contain your account details, adoption and payment status, messages, signed documents, puppy updates, and files or media exchanged with our team.

Please do not submit sensitive information that a form does not ask for.

Reservation and balance payments are completed through Square's hosted checkout. Square processes the payment details entered on its service. Our application receives information needed to match and confirm the transaction, such as order and payment identifiers, payment status and amount, and contact information returned with the transaction. Our application is not designed to store your full card number.

When configured, this site uses Plausible Analytics to understand how people arrive, which pages they visit, and whether actions such as a form step, inquiry, waitlist signup, video-call request, or checkout are completed. The implementation does not use advertising cookies or build a cross-site advertising profile.

Page and event information can include the visited URL, referring page, and limited event properties such as reservation type. Request context, including IP address and browser user agent, can be sent to Plausible so related events can be attributed to an anonymous visit. Forever and Always Doodles does not write that IP address or user agent to its own application database as part of this analytics flow.

• Respond to questions and requested calls.
• Manage interest, waitlists, applications, reservations, delivery, and customer support.
• Provide account access, puppy updates, documents, messages, and payment information through the portal.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and measure the website and its forms.
• Maintain business and transaction records.

We use service providers to run specific parts of the website and adoption process. Depending on the feature you use, information can be processed by:

• Vercel for website hosting and application delivery.
• Supabase for database, account authentication, and file storage.
• Square for hosted payment checkout and payment confirmation.
• Cloudflare for image and video delivery and related site services.
• Calendly when you schedule a video call or visit.
• Docuseal when an adoption document is prepared or signed.
• Plausible for the site analytics described above.
• Our configured email provider when the site sends account or service messages.

A provider's own privacy terms also apply when you use its hosted page, widget, or service.

Operational records are stored in access-controlled application systems. Public puppy images and videos are delivered through Cloudflare. Customer portal documents and message attachments are intended for the customer and authorized members of our team rather than the public website. No internet or storage system can be promised to be completely secure.

To ask what information we have about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information, email hello@foreverandalwaysdoodles.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Some transaction or operational records may need to remain where they are required for the adoption, payment, security, or recordkeeping process.

We may revise this policy as the website and our services change. The effective date at the top identifies the version currently posted.
