Virginia Goldendoodle, Bernedoodle & Cockapoo Breeder Serving Pennsylvania
$400 hand-delivery to Pennsylvania — Philadelphia, the Main Line, Lancaster, Lehigh Valley, Pittsburgh — or meet us in Northern Virginia or Bethesda at no charge. Our Appomattox farm is about five hours from Philadelphia and Lancaster, five and a half from Pittsburgh. Embark coat-panel verified, non-shedding multigenerational doodles.
What our program is built around
- Coat-panel verified non-shedding
- Both parents are Embark coat-panel verified to carry only non-shedding gene variants before they're approved — so we can say with confidence that our puppies are non-shedding and hypoallergenic.
- Embark health reports on every parent
- Every parent is screened with Embark for 200+ genetic conditions before they're eligible for our program.
- Generation threshold
- Every parent is at least F1B and most are multigenerational — F1B is the earliest generation a fully non-shedding coat is a probable result. Goldendoodles, Cockapoos, and Bernedoodles only.
Which doodle fits
Adult size, individual temperament, and daily routine matter more than location. If you’re sorting through size, grooming, time alone, young children, or mobility, our household fit guide walks through the practical questions before you reserve.

For Pennsylvania families
A small Virginia farm — five hours from Philadelphia
Pennsylvania families looking south for a doodle find us about five hours from Philadelphia and Lancaster, five and a half from Pittsburgh. Worth knowing what we are before you make the drive.
Both parents in every pairing carry a full Embark genetic panel — 200+ canine conditions — and are coat-panel verified to carry only non-shedding gene variants. Every parent behind our Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles, and Cockapoos is at least F1B, and most are multigenerational.
We are a single small Virginia farm. Visits are welcome Monday through Saturday by appointment. Puppies go home at 8 weeks at the earliest, hand-delivered in person. Hand-delivery to Lancaster runs $400 Monday through Friday, or meet us in Northern Virginia at no cost.

Frequently asked questions
How much does delivery to Pennsylvania cost?
$400 flat, hand-delivered from our Appomattox farm to your Pennsylvania address — Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Lancaster, the Lehigh Valley, the Poconos, or anywhere in between. The fee covers the round-trip drive, and an in-person handover. Pennsylvania deliveries run Monday through Friday (long-haul is weekday-only).
Can we meet you closer to Philadelphia to skip the delivery fee?
Yes. We offer free meetups in Northern Virginia (Fairfax / Tysons) for any Pennsylvania family. From Philadelphia or Lancaster that's roughly three hours each way versus five to Appomattox — usually an easier afternoon. We can also work in a Bethesda, MD pickup at no charge.
How long is the drive from Appomattox to Pittsburgh?
Roughly five and a half hours one-way. We typically leave the farm at sunrise on a weekday and have the puppy at your Pittsburgh address by early afternoon. Lancaster and Philadelphia drives run about five hours.
Do you deliver to the Pittsburgh metro and western Pennsylvania?
Yes — Pittsburgh, Cranberry, Mt. Lebanon, and the rest of western PA are all serviced at the same $400 rate. The drive is straightforward via I-79 / I-70.
Are your Pennsylvania puppies AKC-registered?
Goldendoodles, Bernedoodles, and Cockapoos are crossbreeds and therefore not AKC-eligible. They are eligible for registries that accept hybrid lines. What matters more — and what we provide — is a full Embark genetic panel on every parent (200+ canine conditions screened) plus a coat panel confirming both parents carry only non-shedding gene variants.
Are you affiliated with any Lancaster County breeders?
No. We are a single-family Virginia farm, not a breeder collective and not a broker. The 'An ethical alternative to Lancaster' section above explains how our program differs from the commercial-scale puppy operations Lancaster County is known for.
