Virginia Goldendoodle, Bernedoodle & Cockapoo Breeder Serving South Carolina
$400 hand-delivery to South Carolina — Lowcountry, Midlands, and Upstate — or meet us in Raleigh-Durham, NC at no charge. Our Appomattox farm is about five hours from Greenville and seven and a half from Charleston. Embark coat-panel verified, non-shedding multigenerational doodles.
What our program is built around
- Coat-panel verified non-shedding
- Both parents are Embark coat-panel verified to carry only non-shedding gene variants before they're approved — so we can say with confidence that our puppies are non-shedding and hypoallergenic.
- Embark health reports on every parent
- Every parent is screened with Embark for 200+ genetic conditions before they're eligible for our program.
- Generation threshold
- Every parent is at least F1B and most are multigenerational — F1B is the earliest generation a fully non-shedding coat is a probable result. Goldendoodles, Cockapoos, and Bernedoodles only.

Frequently asked questions
What does delivery to South Carolina cost?
$400 flat, hand-delivered from our Appomattox farm to your South Carolina address — Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, Hilton Head, or anywhere in between. The fee covers our drive both ways, and the in-person handover. Long-haul deliveries like South Carolina run Monday through Friday — Saturday is reserved for runs under four hours one-way, and Sunday is always off.
Can we meet you somewhere in North Carolina to skip the delivery fee?
Yes. We offer a free meetup at Raleigh-Durham, NC for any South Carolina family. From Charleston that's about three hours up I-95 versus seven and a half hours up to Appomattox — usually the easier choice. From Columbia or Greenville the meetup math depends on your route; we'll help you decide.
How long is the drive from Appomattox to Charleston?
Roughly seven and a half hours each way. We schedule Charleston deliveries for cooler weekday mornings, with breaks for the puppy as needed.
Will a Bernedoodle do well in coastal South Carolina?
Our Mini Bernedoodles (20–30 lb) place comfortably across the Lowcountry — the lighter coat load regulates heat far better than a full-size Bernedoodle could. We do not breed Standard Bernedoodles; families wanting that size will need to look elsewhere.
Are South Carolina farm visits possible before reserving?
Of course. Farm visits are welcome Monday through Saturday by appointment, and video calls work anytime. Out-of-state families lean on video calls and weekly portal updates between visits.
Do you offer hand-delivery to Hilton Head or Bluffton?
Yes — Hilton Head, Bluffton, and Beaufort are all serviced at the same $400 South Carolina rate. Logistically it's the same as Charleston with a little extra time south.
